- Before Shipment:
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

- A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within [7-10] business days.
- After Shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed. However, you may still opt for a return or exchange after receiving the product, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment issues such as incomplete transactions or fraudulent activity.
- Incorrect shipping or billing information provided by the customer.

3. Refund Process
